  3. Buy Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Choose a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Return Address: Ship the package to Painted Tree Boutiques - Tulsa 8281 S Harvad Ave Suite 112, Tulsa, OK 74137. Please clearly mark your order number on the outside of the package.

  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Conditions for Returns:
